Departure’s Singapore 75

1.5 oz. Ransom old tom gin
½ oz. lemongrass syrup
½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
4 oz. zipang sparkling sake

Combine all ingredients in bar shaker, shake and pour over ice, garnish with lime peel & lemongrass stalk
