We’ve just installed four new taps on our West Deck but we won’t be putting beer in the kegs! Instead we’ve created three batch cocktails that are perfect for those hot summer days and warm summer nights. The most popular so far has been the Paradinha, a play on Brazil’s national cocktail, the caipirinha. Our barman Chino created a bit of Asian flair with the addition of yuzu, a tart east Asian fruit. Also on the menu is the Szechuan Sipper and the Cherry Cherry Rock ’n Roll, two fruit forward cocktails that appreciate the beauty of rooftop drinking. Now I know what you’re thinking, what about that fourth tap? Well, we’ve got something special planned for our final cocktail. Stay tuned.
